Monica received her Bachelors Degree in Fine Arts from the University of Texas at Austin. Currently, Monica lives and works in Grand Junction, CO.
Monica works in plein air to discover her subjects and then transforms her experiences on her easel to larger works. She feels the challenge of working outdoors can make the natural world more accessible when working in the studio.
